Ingredients
4 tbsp Olive Oil (divided, follow steps)
3 tbsp Unsalted Imported Butter Bar
2 cups Frozen Shredded Potatoes
2 Eggs
Kosher Salt
Freshly Ground Black Pepper
1 1⁄2 lbs Lean Ground Beef
8 Swiss Imported Slices
1⁄2 cup Mayonnaise
2 tbsp Maple Syrup
Brioche Burger Buns
3 cups Baby Spinach
4 slices Crispy Bacon
Directions

1. Prepare hash browns: Heat 2 tbs olive oil and butter in large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add shredded potatoes and press down with spatula. Cover and cook 5 minutes, until edges start to get golden-brown. Season with salt and pepper, to taste. Flip and cook until potatoes are golden-brown and crispy, about another 5 minutes. Remove from skillet and set aside.

2. Prepare burgers: Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in same skillet over medium-high heat. Crack in 2 eggs and cook to desired doneness, seasoning with salt and pepper, to taste. Remove eggs from skillet and drain on paper towels. Repeat with remaining oil and eggs.

3. Preheat grill to 400°F and coat grates with oil. In large bowl, season beef with salt and pepper and mix until just combined. Form into 4 equal patties. Grill for 5 minutes, flip and cook to desired doneness. With about 2 minutes remaining on cook time, add 2 slices of Swiss cheese to each patty.

4. Combine mayonnaise and maple syrup in a small bowl and spread on bottom half of buns. Top with layers of spinach, crispy hash browns, burger patty, crispy bacon and fried egg.
